About Me
Dionne Fearon is a Costumier that Graduated as a Costume interpretation from Wimbledon College of Arts.
I initially gained interest in costume from watching ballet performances during her time at and doing a further dissertation on burlesque performance at Camberwell College of Art (UAL) . This led me to do a degree in costume interpretation at Wimbledon College of arts.
After doing the degree and doing some work experience in community theater and ateliers, I decided on wanting to make costumes made to fit people in more risque fields that are undeserved, I started a business making costumes for burlesque and circus performers.
My main inspiration comes from the tongue and cheek designs of Erte and Bob Mackie, as well as the horror movies of 1930´s such as Dracula and Frankenstein.
